Monitoring and Evaluation(Preparation Study/Pre-Evaluation, Midterm Review, Final Evaluation, Ex-Post-Evaluation)
We monitor and evaluate projects, like Japanese ODA Loan projects and technical cooperation projects. Lessons learnt through the monitoring and evaluation will be fed back to these projects and such lessons will also be utilized for formulation and implementation of future similar projects.

Economic/Financial and Institutional Analysis
There are two main analyses in a feasibility study in a project: economic analysis on the project’s feasibility in terms of whole society and financial analysis on the project’s profitability in terms of implementation, operation and management. We estimate the profitability of the project in terms of society and implementation, operation and management by economic and financial analysis.
