Development consultants are required to have problem-solving skills, backed up by a high level of technical expertise, a warm human touch and a track record of delivering tangible results that stand up to external evaluation. OPMAC recruits and trains people with potential in areas such as evaluation, procurement management, environmental and social considerations, economic and financial analysis and project formulation for Japanese ODA loans, etc.

OPMAC's approach to problem solving is to understand the differences between different cultures and viewpoints, and always keep in mind the application in the field. Our recruitment policy emphasizes communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively and as part of a team.
