We conduct project management works such as implementation of Japanese ODA loan projects and technical cooperation projects.

We monitor and evaluate projects, like Japanese ODA Loan projects and technical cooperation projects. Lessons learnt through the monitoring and evaluation will be fed back to these projects and such lessons will also be utilized for formulation and implementation of future similar projects.

We aim smooth progress of Japanese ODA Loan projects through our support to formulation/ effectuation/procurement/disbursement of a new Japanese ODA Loan project.

Through local financial institutions in recipient countries, we are opening the way for more beneficiaries, including small and medium-sized enterprises, to access funds.

Before starting a project, it is essential to pay attention to the social lives of people who have lived in the area for many years and the impact on the surrounding natural environment. Based on JICA's environmental and social consideration guidelines, we present the expected impacts and countermeasures.

In project feasibility (F/S) studies, economic analysis, which analyzes the feasibility of the project from the perspective of society as a whole, and financial analysis, which analyzes the profitability of the project from the perspective of the implementation and maintenance organization, play a major role. I am. OPMAC uses economic and financial analysis to determine the profitability of target projects from the perspectives of society and the implementation/maintenance organization.
